Aspartame Did you know? I didn't!

I liked this blog because it shows a lot of information that I think most of us don't think about and are not aware of. This blog has pulled information from different resources to show us a way to live healthier and improve the quality of the earth we live on! The most recent post "Sweet Misery" is a full length video (hour and a half) about the increase in brain tumors over the past few years. I thought okay here we go with cell phone bashing! But actually they began talking about the effects of aspartame on the nervous system. Aspartame which is a chemical artificial sweetner is being proven to be causing a huge array of neurological disorders such as seizures, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, bipolar disorder, lupus etc. Aspartame comes under many names: nutra sweet, equal, crystal light, it is in many gums, diet sodas, kool aid, cool whip, decaf coffee etc. The video warns us testimony after testimony to stop taking in this chemical. It also goes so far as to explain chemically how it reacts with our bodies, which I won't bore you with, but basically it makes methyl alcohol which is poison to your system. Which the doctors and people in the video are saying is causing all these disorders, cancers and diseases. Overall, this is a blog that I think is delivering important information that our country would never make mainstream becuase of the money it would lose! Not only on the products but also the medical industry! I urge you to watch the video, even if you only watch the first 20 minutes!
